No surprises is the whole design. Here is exactly what things cost, what your bank statement shows, and the controls you have — before you spend anything.
Credits
Everything on VelvetLynx is paid in credits: $1 = 1 credit, always. You top up once, then spend from your balance — your card is only ever charged when you top up.
Standard top-up amounts. Unspent credits don't expire.
What each action costs
Ranges are live from the current creator catalog — each creator sets her own prices, always shown before you tap.

The statement test
This is the only thing your card statement ever shows — a generic media descriptor, whatever you do here:
Never the site name, never a creator's name, never what you bought.
You set the limits
- Daily cap — set a hard daily spend limit; everything stops at the line, no override prompts.
- Confirm before big unlocks — require a confirmation tap above a threshold you choose.
- Auto-refill is opt-in — off until you turn it on, and every refill is logged in your history.
All of these live in your wallet.
Common questions
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if something you paid for didn't work (a call dropped, media failed to load), contact support within 7 days and we credit it back. Credits themselves are refundable to your card while unspent.
Will you charge my card automatically?
Never by default. Auto-refill is strictly opt-in, you set the amount, and every automatic top-up appears in your wallet history the moment it happens. Turn it off anytime.
How do I cancel a VIP subscription?
One tap from the creator's profile or your wallet — no chat with support, no retention screens. You keep the perks until the period you already paid for ends.
Who can see my real name?
Nobody. Creators only ever see your display name. Your legal name exists only in our payment system, and it never appears on the platform.
